Terri Salus ’1978-1980, Teguc): TerriSalus@gmail.com and 240-401-8622 (mobile) Peggy Goebel and Terri Salus have laid the plans and signed the contracts for what promises to be a very fun reunion for those who served as PCVs in Honduras in the 1970s (and friends).  They chose the date based on your feedback, their teaching schedules, California wildfire history, and weather that will enable us to spend most of the time outdoors.  (Rescheduled from 2020, 2021 and 2022!)

If you wish to join us, as soon as possible: --Send us an email message with your contact information (mobile phone number, email address, USPS address) to let us know       that you are in.  Also, let us know if you want to go on a Winery Tour and/or a Brewery Tour. --Consider Travel options.  As your travel plans gel, please provide that information. --Reserve a hotel room (Campers, please let us know your plans so we can share with others). --Buy your ticket for Safari West (See below.  As of today, 26 spots remain. We will suggest alternative venues for Friday dinner.) In June, we will be asking for money, mostly to cover Saturday’s expenses ($100+ per person). Tentative Schedule We will all be together for morning check-ins, all day Saturday (with bus transportation to the Armstrong Woods picnic, afternoon Pacific Ocean beach, and dinner party) and likely Sunday morning (Oral History Project). The rest of the time, folks can choose to chill in Windsor or explore Sonoma County.

Hotel Information All three hotels listed below include parking (underground at the Holiday Inn Windsor), hot breakfast (2 tickets per room), non-smoking rooms, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, fitness center, and business center.

Because it has free casual meeting space, we decided to designate the Holiday Inn Express as our primary hotel; the Holiday Inn Express is three blocks from the Holiday Inn Windsor.  We negotiated a nightly rate of $189 (plus taxes, currently 14%) for a standard room at both Holiday Inn properties.  Our agreement with Holiday Inn allows you to book a room for the four nights of the Reunion (July 27 – 30), as well as the night before (July 26) and the night after (July 31).  Our room block will expire on May 26.  Also, note the hotels' cancellation policy: reservations must be cancelled on or before July 24; reservations not cancelled by July 24 will be charged one night’s room and tax and additional nights will be returned to inventory.
